Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American actor who is best known for his role as the star of the well-known TV series 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. At the age of 18, he began to pursue a passion for acting. While at his school, the University of Colorado at Boulder it was where he studied acting. He has been in films and television, but it was his small-screen characters which gained him fame as well as an extensive following. He has been able to effortlessly play roles of characters from both sides of the law, and captivate the viewers' interest. His first television project, he played the role of a serial killer. In later projects, he was the character of an NYPD investigator. Because of his portrayal in the small screen, he's been up for nomination numerous times for the prestigious Emmy Awards. Eyes that are piercing blue on his eyes are thought to be the most appealing feature. These have been used to depict rough characters and give them charisma. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
